This is the first "grown up " vitamin I have been able to take without nausea. Surprising because it has more in it. I think it is the time release that prevents the nausea. Thrilled I can finally get the vitamins/minerals I need without the horrible side effects. I can say over the 4 months I have been taking them I have not even had a cold and I have been surrounded by sick people.

I purchased this product to replace my normal daily mult-vitamin. After one week, I began experiencing heart palpitations, heart flutters and a feeling of a racing heart (like I had had too much caffeine). Initially, I did not relate this supplement to my symptoms. After researching the ingredients online and speaking with my physician, however, I stopped taking the supplment, and within a few days, my heart rate/beat was back to normal. I will cease using this product altogether. Others have experienced similar symptoms from similar ingredients and GNC products (in one instance, a man took himself to the emergency room thinking he was having a heart attack - I can understand).
Careful when taking this supplement. There's a reason so many reviews talk about an increase in engergy, etc. Supplements can be dangerous and are not regulated by the FDA. My experience with this product really "wigged me out" and has caused me to avoid dietary supplements altogether.

The best vitamin ever!!!! I only take one a day and it works great!! I feel so much better. My skin, hair, nails are in great condition. I ran out of this once a used another [@] vitamin and I could tell a HUGE difference. Worth every penny!!! I've been taking this vitamin for over 8 years and love it!!!!

I love what this vitamin has done for me energy wise but it really smells weird! Not sure what the smell is exactly, it's pretty unpleasant but it goes down just fine. I've always taken it on a full stomach and I've never had any problems. I'm hopeful that it will make my hair grow in healthy, it's pretty damaged from dying it but when I'm not sick, my hairs VERY quickly so I don't think I'll be able to figure out if it makes my hair grow faster. It has also helped my very weak nails stay strong and split less when combined with Burt's Bees Cuticle Butter use at night.

At first it made my stomach upset and it made me jittery, taking with food helps. After about a week or so those issues went away. It's making my hair and nails grow like crazy and I have more energy. I sent my doctor the ingredient list (apparently too much vit E is an issue now) and he said keep taking it, it has just the right amount of everything I need.

Great multivitamin, but the smell of it is overwhelming, from the time you open the bottle to the time it goes in your mouth. I even burp up the smell sometimes. Just, be wary of that. It's a smooth pill, and easy to remember to take. But, the smell is sickening. I take these everyday while i'm deployed, and its great for when I miss meals.

I like these vitamins and I think they're helping me but they taste/smell WEIRD. I can't even describe it. But they don't make my stomach upset and I like all the ingredients in them. I recommend taking with juice as opposed to water though.

This vitamin is easy on the stomach and contains the most comprehensive list of vitamins and daily values that I've seen of any vitamin. I can normally only take a children's vitamin or a gummy vitamin because I have a sensitive stomach, but experienced no problems with this time release formula.
The smell, however, of these vitamins is something I find hard to handle. They have a very strong aroma...normal to vitamins or supplements i've smelt but seems much more potent and makes it hard to take. It's not something I look forward to..the smell when the jar is opened or the taste while swallowing. I even tried to air a few pills out to see if it dissipated, but to no avail.
