After one week, I began experiencing heart palpitations, heart flutters and a feeling of a racing heart (like I had had too much caffeine). Initially, I did not relate this supplement to my symptoms. After researching the ingredients online and speaking with my physician, however, I stopped taking the supplment, and within a few days, my heart rate/beat was back to normal. I will cease using this product altogether. Others have experienced similar symptoms from similar ingredients and GNC products (in one instance, a man took himself to the emergency room thinking he was having a heart attack - I can understand). They are very large capsules, so some people might have trouble swallowing them, however, I don't. They seem to work just fine, and I like that they are timed-release. Pros

My skin, hair, nails are in great condition. I ran out of this once a used another [@] vitamin and I could tell a HUGE difference. Worth every penny!!! Not sure what the smell is exactly, it's pretty unpleasant but it goes down just fine. I've always taken it on a full stomach and I've never had any problems. I'm hopeful that it will make my hair grow in healthy, it's pretty damaged from dying it but when I'm not sick, my hairs VERY quickly so I don't think I'll be able to figure out if it makes my hair grow faster. It has also helped my very weak nails stay strong and split less when combined with Burt's Bees Cuticle Butter use at night. Pros

After about a week or so those issues went away. It's making my hair and nails grow like crazy and I have more energy. I sent my doctor the ingredient list (apparently too much vit E is an issue now) and he said keep taking it, it has just the right amount of everything I need. Pros

I even burp up the smell sometimes. Just, be wary of that. It's a smooth pill, and easy to remember to take. But, the smell is sickening. I take these everyday while i'm deployed, and its great for when I miss meals. Pros
