To me it's just a good vitamin i've been taking these for years and there the only ones that work for me, yes you have to take two a day for them to work but there well worth it. they don't make me sick like the one day for women, and they maybe costly, but they are worth the money, and there also time release, you can't get that out of other vitamins these are a keeper for me.

I have been taking these for about a week and a half. I like them a lot. They don't have a funny taste. I am proficient at swallowing pills, so I don't mind downing two in one shot. If you have trouble swallowing pills you might want to find something smaller or taking them one at a time. I usually take them in the morning with breakfast, and I haven't had any problems with nausea. They also have a fairly natural formula. The men's version scored top in a recent survey that tested vitamins to see if they actually contained the amounts of vitamins they claimed to. The women's product did not come in top of its catagory, and I don't know where on the list they might have been, but I am assuming that if the men's did well the women's is probably trustworthy as well.

I never really took vitamins regularly before these, but I've been taking these for years. I feel good when I take them, like I've eaten all my vegetables even when I haven't. They do affect urine color a bit, but I don't find that to be a problem. (They're great for preventing hangovers, too, when taken before bed with lots of water.)

I still have to take a calcium and vitamin D supplement but I think it's a great, reasonably priced product for women's health. It's very easy to swallow.

My boyfriend bought me these vitamins after I mentioned to him that I simply needed some iron pills. I wasn't very enthusiastic about taking multivitamins at first, the past ones I used made me feel bloated and made my urine a funny color. Slowly I started getting more stringent about taking them every day, because I started to realize I wasn't getting enough nutrients through what I ate regularly. They still made my urine a funny color, most likely from artificial dye, and I sometimes found them difficult to swallow. The directions say to take 2 a day, but I only took one a day out of fear that they would make me sick to my stomach. I finished the bottle and switched to prenatal vitamins with no artificial dyes or preservatives, and that I only have to take once a day. Besides a few minor problems, including price, overall I still liked these vitamins but wouldn't buy again.
