In November/December 2012, my hair fell out about the size of a quarter in the back. When I say it fell out, I mean it fell out to where you see nothing but a bald spot. I read great reviews about Ultra Nourish Hair and decided to purchase a bottle of 60 caplets on January 9, 2013. Today is March 12, 2013, and I can say that I notice an improvement. I take 2 a day along with a multi vitamin; message the area with castor oil. I eat fruits, vegetables; drink plenty of water, exercise and be patient.

I USE THIS PRODUCT FOR THINNING HAIR FROM THYROID PROBLEMS. THE PRODUCT IS GREAT BECAUSE IT ACTUALLY WORKS. AFTER I BEGAN USING IT MY EYEBROWS AND MY THINNING HAIR RETURNED. I DON'T LIKE HOW LARGE THE PILLS ARE. THE SIZE MAKES IT DIFFICULT TO SWALLOW THEM.

I had a beautiful long gorgeous hair before and during my pregnancy , then i had my son and my hair thinned and wasn't growing like it used to it was devastateing i tried everything from continueing prenatal vitamins to new shampoo/ conditioners , diet change nothing seem to help my hair . So i went searching online for a good vitamin this one had the best reviews so i figured hey what to i have to lose right? my hair is already at its worst if it works it works then if not well vitamins are good for ya anyway right? So i took this for 2 months and a few weeks i have a young son so i had a hard time remembering to take the 2 a day i always atleast took one though , So here are my results my nails got strong and grew which was amazeing to see because me as a chronic nailbiter never had actual gorgeous nails in my entire life! Now my hair did stop shedding which was also great and i found that the spots that had thinned are growing back finally . i definately think 2 months isnt nessasarily long enough to tell a huge differnce but i can say it has helped and i noticed not only my nail improvement but my hair finally is making a comeback i think 6 months from now my hair will be gorgeous again

I used to use Ultra Nourish Hair which I thought was working well until I read an article on my favorite beauty blog called FutureDerm recommending this product to help grow your hair & nails faster. I'm determined to have healthy hair & nails, as I dye my hair and have ALWAYS had really thin nails with a lot of ridges, especially after using acrylics and gels. The Ultra Nourish Hair had filled in the ridges some, but after just 10 days on GNC Hair, Skin, & Nails, my hair and nails look MUCH better than they ever did on Ultra Nourish Hair; no ridges in my nails, faster hair growth, and WAY faster nail growth. Do NOT use these when you could be using the Hair, Skin, & Nails for better results!

I bought these vitamins to help my hair grow faster. It worked! I've taken other vitamins that cost the same and didn't work nearly as well as the GNC brand. They also strengthened my finger nails. I get sick easily but these have never upset my stomach. I take them with or without food. The only slight negative is that it will make your urine smell right after you take them. And if I take them at night and workout in the morning my sweat smells strange...stranger than usual. It will give off an acidic smell. But no one will notice but you!

The first thing that bothered me about these is that you have to take 2 everyday. I wish they would specify that; I would have looked for something else with a higher dosage. So, you are basically paying for a 30 day supply.
Next, I did not notice anything. I took it everyday for 30 days and nothing changed. Maybe I need to take it for more than 1 month, but I think I will stick to multi-vitamins that have the same thing.

These pills are really large and having to take 2 a day was a hassle. I told my hairdresser I was taking these and she said that they don't have enough Biotin in them to really justify taking. She recommended I take at least 5,000mcg a day to see a difference, where these only have 2,200mcg with two pills. I found an alternative Biotin only pill by Nature Made that's the size of an aspirin and has the full 5000mcg in 1 pill. I switched and am starting to see a difference in hair strength.

IVE BEEN ONLY USING THIS PRODUCT FOR A COUPLE OF WEEKS, AND HAVE YET TO SEE ANY REAL RESULTS BUT FROM OTHER REVIEWS IVE READ, THIS PRODUCT TAKES A COUPLE OF WEEKS TO BE AFFECTIVE. I TAKE THIS WITH BIOTIN 2500.

I started taking it 2 months ago, and am almost through the 120count bottle. I LOVE IT!
I wanted to grow my hair out after getting a bob cut, which the lady at the salon messed up pretty bad. After much search, I found out that the Biotin, MSM and Silica in this pill is supposed to be amazing at boosting healthy hair growth.

For those looking for results, I can tell you that my hair grew 1" a month. That's higher than the average rate. My hair doesn't grow fast normally.
