Comments about GoFit Premium Kettle Bell with DVD 10lb Yellow, 1 ea: This is a great dumb bell for work out. It helps with my flabby arms and it is extremely easy to use and hold on to. I love it so much that I will need to use it everyday. The DVD that comes with the kettlebell really helps with my exercise routine too.
