On occasion, my feet tend to swell in certain shoes and especially after a great deal of standing and walking. I rub it on, put on loose socks and let it do its thing. Two precautions: 1. make sure you wipe it off the bottom of your feet before you get into the shower because it tends to be a little slippery when wet. 2. wash your hands afterward, it's strong enough to burn sensitive areas if you happen to touch them.

I bought this for my plantar heal pain and found just a tiny amount works wonders. I only apply a dimes worth for my heal bottom and sides. It does warm up so if you sweat or wear a heavy sock it will feel like your foot is on fire but for my heal pain it is perfect for plantar faciaitis and bone spur pain.
Just remember a small amount really does the trick. Also WASH your hands before you do anything else after applying!!!

I was pleasantly surprised at how well this works. I sing in a choir and we stand a lot. Afterwards this is great at relieving tired, achy feet, and it moisturizers, too. I put it on and wear loose light socks over it. It does have a rather strong but not unpleasant smell.

Have applied to the heel area of my foot as this area is painful at times. This product relieved the pain temporarily that lasted for awhile. When the pain came back, I just applied more of the product.
The stuff works.

I have peripheral neuropathy, and ABSOLUTELY NOTHING puts out the flames shooting from my feet at bedtime better than THIS PRODUCT. I've been having trouble finding it in brick-and-mortar stores, so THANK YOU drugstore.com!!

I stand on my feet for 8 hours a day at work. Whenever my feet ache, I rub this stuff on them and I follow up with a nice pair of tube socks. The pain subsides instantly and I'm a happy clerk! This stuff takes a while to wash off,though. I still have instances when I rub my eyes and realize that I didn't wash my hands thoroughly. I must look so stupid running around the room screaming.
