For bug bites or other forms of itching, Gold Bond works so much better than calamine lotion. I love the way it makes my skin feel cool and tingly, giving immediate 'cool' relief from itching.

I woke up in the middle of the night itching from head to toe, and when I got out of bed about 3 hours later, most of my body looked like I had welts all over me. It was red, swollen and itching like crazy. I have no idea what I had that bad of an allergic reaction too, but an antihistamine didn't work, Witch Hazel relieved the itching a little; but when I got this stuff and put it on, the relief was IMMEDIATE. I use Goldbond lotion, so I already knew it would be a winner.

I absolutely love this stuff!! It is the ultimate heal-all cream. It is hands-down the best anti-itch cream out there. It works great for bug bites, rashes, dry skin, irritation after shaving, burns, or any skin irritation or anything itchy. I even used it for chicken pox and on paper cuts. I keep a tube at home, at work, and in my purse because it really works for anything. Everyone who I have try it loves it as well. The gold bond powder is pretty good too, but I like this better because it also moisturizes!

For the itchiest spots, after using Gold Bond Triple Medicated lotion. Both good but this is a little stronger for the most irritated areas.

I love this stuff...I suffer from the after effects of shingles, and nothing I have tried helps, but this works great !
