I live in an extremely dry, hot climate, and between that and the fact that I work with food and am constantly washing my hands with harsh soaps and so on, my skin is nearly always dry, itchy, and especially on my hands, irritated and sore. This is the only lotion I have found that really, truly works to sooth my skin, and, it doesn't feel greasy or oily going on. It has a slight mentholated sort of fragrance that makes the user feel cool, but for me, in a very pleasant way, but the feeling fades quickly. I truly can't think of a single bad thing to say about this stuff...it works with no unwanted or unpleasant side effects, and it's always on my shelf.

I am a diabetic and I have sores on some parts of my body. I have been using this lotion for about 3 days now, I apply it 2 times a day, I can see an improvement already. The only thing about this lotion is when you first apply it you feel as cold as ice, but after about 15 to 20 minutes that feeling goes away.

This lotion is really nice. It tingles a little but in a good way-- I have sensitive skin and it doesn't bother it at all. The only thing that I don't like is that it makes me COLD at night when I put it on.

We use this product daily and until we found this one our hands, elbows, and feet were like sandpaper. This is absolutely the best product on the market for dry and chapped skin. We are fish all summer so our hands and feet are wet quite a bit of the time.

I had dry skin problem especially when exercising in the fall and winter. Frequently had dry itching skin that sometimes kept me up at night. Tried Goldbond and it helped alleviate this problem. Use it daily during the fall and winter and, perhaps, twice a week, during the spring and summer when my skin is not as dry.
It also has a refreshing menthol aroma that quickly wears off so one does have to worry about its after effects.
Only complaint is about dispensing the liquid when the bottle is almost empty. Because of thickness of cream, one has to repeatedly shake plastic container to pour liquid unless you leave it upside down overnight, then it pours effortlessly.

I have exema. I had some strange break-outs on my face, of all places. Nothing was working. I had some of this & used it rarely before. I used it up, and needed to buy more. It healed my face! I was afraid I would also have lasting scars, but those are also gone! The flakes & iches went away immediately. The redness reduced quickly. Amazing stuff!

Moisture wise it's adequate, retained moisture well, but nothing really made it stand out, except the stink that is. I still cringe when I think of the repulsive smell it had.

My back had been itching for a week straight due to the cold weather and the radiator heating system in my apartment. I ordered Gold Bond because I was at my wits end. My dermatologist gave me prescription Ammonium Lactate which moistures but didn't relieve the itch. I took this out the box immediately upon delivery, slathered it on and got instantly relief!
