I use this product maybe once or twice a week after shampooing. I keep it on for a minute or two and rinse it out. I have very dry and frizzy hair and it gets some of the frizz out. It is not the best product I've ever used, but it does the job.

I live in S. Florida where the sun, surf and heat is always an issue and this product makes my hair soft, very shiney and managable and gets rid of the dryness I had before!
