Hot:  Steep one tea bag in a cup of boiling water for 3 minutes.  Add sweetener if desired.  Iced:  Pour 2 cups of boiling water over 4 tea bags in a quart container.  Let steep for 10 minutes.  Add 2 cups of cold water.  Serve over ice.
