Indications

These work for one thing I've always had a problem with, since I was a young child- having trouble breathing through my nose easily, and not having to breathe through my mouth, when I slept. I've got a small nose, and a very small nasal passageway, making sinus clogs happen consistently (I've had sinus issues since I was three years old). Something about sleeping causes me to need extra air, which I guess I couldn't get before trying this product. This helped either dry up or open up my sinuses enough, with no truly negative side effects, so that I can sleep w/ my mouth closed again. Drowsiness can be a negative or it could be a positive, depending upon your goals. For me, I take it as a nighttime med only, and find that it doesn't make me groggy or anything the next morning. It does, however, make me sleepy not too long after taking it, especially if little or nothing is on my stomach. I highly recommend this, especially if you've been taking allergy meds for so long that a tolerance is built up against other allergy medications. For me, Loratadine, Allegra & Benadryl helped a bit at first, but eventually my body just too used to them, and they no longer worked. The cost for these is very reasonable.
