Comments about Good Sense Anti-Itch Lotion Hydrocortisone Lotion, 1%, 4 oz:
I am bed ridden and often get itchy. Good Sense was convenient and helpful. Not oily. My only problem (I have muscular dystrophy) was squeezing the bottle to get it out.
Comments about Good Sense Anti-Itch Lotion Hydrocortisone Lotion, 1%, 4 oz:
I live in the upper-Midwest where the winters are HARSH on the skin. Even with a combination of moisturizers, vaseline, etc. I can't avoid itchy dry skin on my legs, arms, etc. For years I've been mixing hydrocortisone lotion into my regular moisturizer to help take the itch away but, as the previous reviewer noted, buying it in those tiny tubes just isn't practical if you need to use more than a little dab here or there. This bottle does the trick and is much cheaper than buying those tiny drugstore tubes. This lives on my nightstand during the winter.
Comments about Good Sense Anti-Itch Lotion Hydrocortisone Lotion, 1%, 4 oz:
We've used this in our household for years. Usually those tiny tubes which the 1 ounce sizes are great for carrying in purse and for travel or dopp kits. But this is a great bargain buy with the size of the bottle. Maybe it's not quite as thick as the tube cremes as this is more of a lotion but active ingredient is the same strength and just as effective. So this is great item to keep in the medicine chest at home...not to carry around with you. We bought two as a family member has a shin rash and this helps. PS you can over use this product and so take a break if you use it a lot from time to time. Otherwise for short term healing or new rashes it's the one we always reach for....any brand seems to work including generic's. Also this past week the news released that the use of this active ingredient over time can thin the skin and so to use some care in any long term use & check with a doctor if what ever condition you are treating isn't getting better as well as long term usage.
