I have chronic bronchitis. After a fairly recent bout w/ the flu, I've had more wheezing at night than ever, and it left me miserable at night. I turned to Good Sense because they make products which are the equivalent of name brand-name products in both ingredient level & safe effectiveness, yet cost much less. Since I have to take this a few nights a week to stop my wheezing, cost is a consideration. This works exactly like Nyquil. The taste could be better, obviously (they're not going to make a great-tasting cough syrup due to the abuse potential involved), but it isn't the worst thing I've ever downed. This helps me sleep, too (not hard to understand, considering the alcohol content). I keep it on hand at all times.
