I often have problems falling asleep. I have tried various types of sleep aids. This one works great for me. I normally take it an hour or so before bed time. It does make me real drowsy but I haven't had any groggy side affects the next morning. I wake up with no problem. The cost savings is unbelievable compared to other expensive sleep aids.

Took these a couple of times and didn't notice any difference in my sleep. It didn't make me sleepy and it didn't help me sleep longer. I have nothing to compare it to, so not sure if it's because it's not really a BRAND name or maybe this type of product has no affect on me. I wouldn't purchase this again nor would I recommend it.
