Indications

Do not use if printed neckband is broken or missing

Do not use if you are now taking a prescription monoamine oxidase inhibitor (MAOI) (certain drugs for depression, psychiatric or emotional conditions, or Parkinson's disease), or for 2 weeks after stopping the MAOI drug. If you are uncertain whether your prescription drug contains an MAOI, ask a doctor or pharmacist before taking this product.

I had a flu bout recently that has yet to entirely clear my lungs. I find that when I remember to use this at night, though, the next morning, I'm able to clear a lot more fluid out of them. Using this DID rid me of the actual infection in the lungs, though, which is great. I have chronic bronchitis from three bouts of pneumonia in my lifetime. Taking this cuts down on my nightly wheezing completely, and doesn't have any side effects for me, personally. I don't take it every night because I don't want it to lose it's effectiveness, or have the ingredients in my system all the time. It definitely tastes like typical cough syrup- I hold my nose shut & have a breath mint or something to take away the taste afterwards. That said, I CAN get it down easily enough- just take it like you would something out of a shot glass!
