My son has Angelman syndrome and is not fully potty trained, so he wears these daily. He is getting bigger so is almost outgrown the XL size...needing more options.

These definitely have helped our son transition into more nights dry than wet. We don't refer to them as diapers which helps him not to feel embarrased.
