I tried this product a few times and couldn't quite figure it out, I'm not sure if it's because I have long thick hair, or if I'm just not use to curling irons, but I definitely recommend it for shorter hair. My friend, who has shorter hair than mine, used it and thought that it was easy to use and made great curls. She looked fabulous when she was done, so I definitely think the product works, just not for long hair.

I tried this out over the weekend and ended up more tighter waves than I expected, but I was clearly doing it wrong. They weren't icky ringlets, but just tighter waves. Either way, they held really well... all night at a wedding. I'm excited to try out a looser wave style next.

I love having real ringlet curls and not just my normal red ball of fuzz on my head. this was the easiest product i have found to make these perfect "princess" curls as i call them. It takes a few strands to get use to how much hair you can do in each round, its smaller then you use with most other curling irons. BUT after that it is so fast, it took me so much less time to get my whole head down compared to a normal iron and every curl looked great. the high heat means you have to be careful, like always, but it means that i only held each strand for around a 5 count and they turned out great!! i would recommend this iron to anyone who wants those perfect curls.

This product was fun to play with and once you get the wrapping of the hair down and which way to hold the Iron it was great. I think it made curls that stayed a lot better than any other curling iron that I have used. Remember to give it a few tries before getting frustrated and use smaller sections, the look will be great and fun.

I'm not sure how well this actually waves the hair because the clip on mine was so loose it wouldn't hold on to my fine, slippery hair. I tried with tiny sections of hair and larger but just couldn't get it to clamp on. My coworker, however, tried it and the waves looked fabulous on her.

I had so much fun with this creating curls I've never been able to achieve before. Kind of like loose, long ringlets. Whenever I use this people always compliment my hair. A nice change from my regular straight/wavy style. It's easy to use and gets hot enough to lock in the curl. I love this tool and am glad I have it in my arsenal of hair products. It's a quick and easy way to add variety to your look.

I have not used curling irons in years since I never really got the results that I wanted. Then I came across this product, and it simply rocks! My hair is really straight and doesn't hold curls very well. This iron makes the tightest waves of different sizes (because of its unique design) which hold for DAYS without any other product in my hair! I love all the compliments and consider it a treat every time I use it.

So I have hair that is semi straight, but I use a straightener to flatten it out. I thought I'd give this product a try for a new look. At first I was intimidated, it's different from most the tools I have. You have to learn to wrap your hair around and do it without burning your fingers. After a few frustrating first tries I finally learned how to use it and I really love the look of the ringlets it creates. It really changes my look and gives me a very soft look that I like for evening. (it only got a 4 because it took me a while to learn how to use - who knows that could be an issue with my clumsiness).

At first this styler is a bit tricky to figure out on how to get your curls/waves right. However, once you figure out a good technique, you can manage to finish up your entire head of hair (I have thick hair) fairly quickly (I did mine in about 15 minutes).

There are two different types of results you can achieve with this tool: sprial type curls, by winding hair around the "inside" bubble or larger waves by wraping hair around the "outside" larger bubble. I wanted to achieve larger wave type style, however, the only complaint I really have is that when wrapping your hair around the larger bubble, it tends to want to slide down into the smaller section creating a bit of a tighter curl. The first time using this I just pulled some of the curl out with my fingers to relax them, but after using it several times, it does get a bit easier to manipulate and figure out.
