This doesn't remove enough water from my thick hair to be useful, but when my cat goes out in the rain, it is a good, quick way to remove some of the moisture from him. He dislikes being towel-dried but loves being brushed, so this brush fills the bill. When it gets saturated, you can quickly dry it with a blast from a hair dryer!

My hair is a short bob and very thin due to hair loss. I believe this brush might be useful for long, thicker hair. I don't see a difference in drying my hair. Too big and in hind sight, too expensive.

This brush certainly shaves off a few minutes of my hair-drying routine. I really like how large the brush is, so I can blow dry large sections at a time. I thought it was a little pricey, but I believe it is worth it.

I towel-dried first then pulled this brush through slowly to get out more water and un-muss/straighten hair. Lightweight so I'll probably take it on a trip. Great invention. How about a dog version?

Love this light weight easy grip handle. it does cut down on the drying time. i have very thick long hair.

I don't like what blow dryers do to my hair, and I don't like using the electricity. This brush speeds up drying. Just a little, but a noticeable difference.

I purchased this for my daughter (who struggles with detangling and hates to do anything with her hair)in hopes of reducing her styling time, but I tried it on a whim. When using it on straight-from-the-shower wet hair, it does seem to absorb some, but I wasn't all that impressed.... until I used it with my blow dryer. Oh my. I couldn't believe how fast my hair dried, and even better, how smooth and straight it was. I have thick, curly hair and have tried many (many!) styling products to eliminate or reduce the need to flat iron, none of which have come close to being as effective as this little gem was. I am amazed. And happy. I'm stocking up in case they stop making this.
