Indications
Temporarily relieves minor aches and pains due to: headaches, backache, toothache, menstrual cramps, colds, muscular aches
Temporarily reduces fever
Warnings
Reye's syndrome: Children and teenagers should not use this drug for chicken pox or flu symptoms before a doctor is asked about Reye's syndrome, a rare but serious illness reported to be associated with aspirin.
Allergy alert: Aspirin may cause a severe allergic reaction which may include:
hives
facial swelling
shock
asthma (wheezing)
Alcohol warning: If you consume 3 or more alcoholic drinks every day, ask your doctor whether you should take acetaminophen and aspirin or other pain relievers/fever reducers. Acetaminophen and aspirin may cause liver damage and stomach bleeding.
Do not use
with any other product containing acetaminophen
if you are allergic to aspirin or any other pain reliever/fever reducer

When using this product
do not take more than directed
limit the use of caffeine-containing medications, foods, or beverages while taking this product because too much caffeine may cause nervousness, irritability, sleeplessness, and occasionally, rapid heartbeat. The recommended dose of this product contains about as much caffeine as a cup of coffee.
Stop use and ask a doctor if
allergic reaction occurs. Seek medical help right away.
ringing in the ears or loss of hearing occurs
pain gets worse or lasts more than 10 days
fever gets worse or lasts more than 3 days
redness or swelling is present
new symptoms occur
If pregnant or breast-feeding, ask a health professional before use. It is especially important not to use aspirin during the last 3 months of pregnancy unless definitely directed to do so by a doctor because it may cause problems in the unborn child complications during delivery. Keep out of reach of children.
Overdose warning: Taking more than the recommended dose can cause serious health problems. In case of overdose, get medical help or contact a Poison Control Center right away. Quick medical attention is critical for adults as well as for children even if you do not notice and signs or symptoms.

I tried the Cool Orange variety after trying plain Goody's and seeing how much faster it works than tablets. I started buying the acetaminophen/aspirin/caffeine mixed pain relievers after I found it worked considerably better on back pain I was experiencing a few years ago.
As many have said, this is hard to find and has disappeared along with the Bayer flavored aspirin packets. I like the sealed drink mix style packets - keeps it fresh when it sits in my purse, and doesn't leak like the gumwrapper type sticks from plain Goody's and BC powders.
The orange flavor makes it easier to take without water, but it's basically like adding a spoon of Tang drink mix. Hey, a spoonful of sugar makes the medicine go down, right? Don't be fooled by the flavor and let it linger, because once it washes down the medicine powder tasted pretty bad - but this stuff isn't Pop Rocks, you're supposed to get it down fast! It is, however, a huge improvement over plain Goody's, because you HAVE to have a water chaser if you don't want to be making faces like a baby eating a pickle.

My daughter says they work very well for her headaches, but prefers to take something else because the taste is so bad. Good if you have nothing else to take though, because they do work on the pain.

This product is wonderful. I get severe headaches and Goody's relieves the pain quickly. The taste is a little unpleasant but it is worth the relief you get.

This is an amazing medication for headaches! I generally get migraines, but I can actually head it off if I take a Goody's when I first notice it coming on. I prefer the orange flavor, for obvious reasons.I hope they don't discontinue that flavor! Thanks Goody's!

I use this product all the time. If I have a headache or tooth ache I just take two packets with water and within about 10 minutes I start to feel the relief. I use to use just regular goody powder but when they came out with the orange flavor I had to try it and now that is all I use. I just wish I could get it up where I live and cheaper but unfortunately I can't so I buy it online instead. I wish I could get a better price for it when I do order it on line because I usually order at least 10 packages at a time. The drugstore does give me a good price usually [...] Thanks

My son & wife get occasional migraine type headaches with accompanying occasional nausea. This product is easy to take, is less apt to cause nausea than an equivalent tablet, and because it is in powder form, tends to start working faster than an equivalent tablet.
Do not take more than directed (see overdose warning)
Adults and children 12 and over: place 1 powder on tongue every 6 hours, while symptoms last. Drink a full glass of water with each dose, or may stir powder into a glass of water or other liquid.
Do not take more than 4 powders in 24 hours.
Children under 12: ask a doctor.
