If my toes are cold, I'm miserable. These alleviate the problem promptly - as long as you're wearing socks. For people (like me) who can't get their feet warm by simply putting on socks, this has been a lifesaver. They say they work for six hours but they actually usually work all day. Of course, since I live in California, I'm not dealing with freezing weather but they suit my purpose. I would have given the product 5 stars but occasionally there is a dud pair in the box that doesn't work.

These toe warmers are great for a person with Raynaud's as they warm the toes just enough.Some pairs seem to be warmer than others and I find they work better in shoes than slippers. I place the warmers on topside of foot rather than underside as they are unnoticeable when walking. The heat warms my toes even through a pair of sock liners and a pair of socks. My feet stay warm while snowshoeing and skiing, Well worth buying!

Ever since I got Pernio last winter (a mild form of frostbite) I've kept Grabber Toe Warmers on hand. They fit well in sneakers and boots and heat up quickly. Every once in a while a packet will be a dud or not last quite as long, but for the most part, these little guys will keep your toes warm for 4-6 hours--often times even longer. I used them in my running shoes too for winter snow/ice conditioning.
Simply open the outer package and expose the packet to air. No shaking is necessary. Remove the paper backing and place the adhesive side of the Toe Warmer on the outside of your sock, at the top or bottom of the toe area (see diagram). Do not apply the adhesive side directly to skin.
