I did a review on these once before and said they didn't work at ALL!!
I wrote to drugstore.com asking for a refund. I got no response to my request and my review is not here. It still says "Be the FIRST to review this product." They have been on sale for half price for a LONG time. I got mine at this half price discount. I wouldn't use them if they were FREE. It was VERY disappointing to be out on the ski slopes in desperate need of warmth and have warmers that you couldn't tell were putting out ANY heat at all. And I have several boxes of them because they were "such a good deal".

DO NOT BUY THESE! They are a total waste of money. (hand AND foot warmers) When I did my review there were others saying the same thing. Now, NONE of those reviews are posted. Why is that?

I'd love to hear from someone at Drugstore.com on this problem. I have been a loyal Drugstore.com customer since its inception. I place large orders consistently and feel VERY disappointed that no one has contacted me about these warmers that don't do anything at all.

I have Reynaud's Syndrome. I put these in my mittens when I go outdoors and am trouble-free.

This was the worst purchase I ever made. I have purchased these warmers in the past and they were wonderful. This box of 40 was definetly defective. They didnt even get warm at all. I tried 5 packages and NOTHING. Drugstore.com gave me a credit to use toward a future purchase but I dont use drugstore.com often. I am very dissapointed in this product. The company didnt even answer an email I sent to them telling them about the defective product.

We have bought this brand and other similar products in the past and have been glad to have them. Last time Drugstore.com ran them on sale for half price we stocked up. The boxes we got DO NOT WORK AT ALL. I wrote to Drugstore.com customer service to tell them we wanted a refund on them and got NO REPLY whatsoever.

Please do not waste your money on this product. You can NOT count on them to work. This box was a lot of space and weight in our suitcase when we went skiing and we had to haul it both ways, for nothing.

I'm VERY disappointed in drugstore.com for not standing behind what they sold us. We usually have very good luck with products we buy from their site.

These things take awhile to warm up, so I tear them out of the bag and put them in my coat pockets as soon as I know I'll be needing them. They're warm after about 15 minutes of exposure to air. They stay warm for at least 8 hours, sometimes longer. I work outdoors, and these mean the difference between feeling alright and suffering! They're soft and fit nicely in my hands. They tend to cool off if exposed to cold air or really cold hands, so I find it's best to keep them inside my pockets. If they cool off, they'll warm back up again if you do that. I wish they were just a little warmer than they are, but they sure help.

I've bought these before and have loved them but the box I received from Drugstore.com barely get warmer than room temp.

I use the Hand Grabbers for my 95 year old Mother.Even though we live is a very warm climate, her hands are always cold in the morning and she loves thems.It also gives her something to hold for security...She is very happy with them.

If you have ever been to an outdoor sporting event at any time during the year (other than summer)...you need this product! No amount of blankets, jackets, hats and gloves can take the chill/cold away like these hand warmers. In addition to the use by spectators...the athletes also can use them. Nothing worse than sitting in the dugout with frozen fingers...or in the football stadium stands before taking the field to march at halftime! I carry these hand warmers with me at all events!

Because of the circulation in my hands I was unable to be outdoors no matter what gloves I wore. I have not yet found any gloves that work for my problem. The handwarmers are great! I snow blowed my whole driveway and sholved the walk with with warm hands and no pain. Before I could not complete the task and my hands were in terrible pain. Love this product!
