Caution: Children, the elderly, the handicapped and those unable to remove the Toe Warmer by themselves should be supervised when using this product. Persons with diabetes, poor circulation, nerve damage or paralysis should not use except as directed by a physician. Remove Toe Warmer immediately if it becomes uncomfortably hot. If used incorrectly, higher temperatures may occur, causing burns.

I call myself an ol' lady snowboarder. Grabbers toe warmers allow me to enjoy the slopes at their best--in cold, snowy weather. I put them in my shoes for driving to the mountain, then transfer them to my snowboarding boots. They are effective with or without removing the adhesive backing and either under or on top of the toes. I've used them in ski boots, too, where they are flat enough to be comfortable, even under the foot. They remain effective until the lifts close. Recently, I ran out of hand warmers and used the toe warmers in my gloves, too, and they worked great.
Simply open the outer package and expose the packet to the air. No shaking is necessary. Remove the paper backing and place adhesive side of the Toe Warmer on the outside of your sock, at the top or bottom of the toe area. Do not apply adhesive side directly to skin
