With bare feet or sheer hosiery
With sandals or open shoes
On parts of the body other than the feet
With infants or small children
On bruising or swelling
Infected areas, frostbite or desensitized skin
While sleeping
Children, the elderly, the handicapped and those unable to remove the foot warmer by themselves should be supervised when using this product. Persons with diabetes, poor circulation, nerve damage or paralysis should not use except as directed by a physician. Remove foot warmer immediately if it becomes uncomfortably hot. If used incorrectly, higher temperatures may occur, causing burns. This product is not designed to withstand the impact of running or jogging.

They have made them narrower than in the past, the width is good for womens shoes but way to narrow for mens. They do not get as warm as they have in the past & do not last as long either. Have purchased these for years & have reccomended them to all but this year they leave a lot to be desired.

I use these when painting in my unheated studio in the winter. They generate an amazing amount of heat -- in fact, I've started putting them UNDER the removable insoles in my boots because the soles of my feet were starting to feel lightly cooked! One-time use is the only big downside. I have to ration them, as they're too pricey for everyday use. Did get some Grabber toe warmers recently and that seemed like a good compromise between warmth and $$$.

I am a color guard instructor for our schools marching band. We performed the half time show for the semi-final round of our states high school football tournament. The temperature was 25 degrees at half time. I inserted the Heat Treat foot warmers into my shoes and I instantly felt warmer and was able to make it through the rest of the game comfortably! If they worked for me, I can only imagine how they would help people that were in cold situations all the time. I am glad I came across this product!
How to use foot warmers: Simply open the outer package and immediately place insoles inside any pair of closed-toe shoes or boots. Foot warmer insoles are specifically designed for use inside a shoe or boot where oxygen is restricted. Do not use in ventilated type footwear. For best results, insert each insole forward to toe of shoe or boot. No trimming. No peeling. Fabric side up, white side down.
