I'm disappointed. I must have gotten a lemon. These pods are hard as bricks and do not dissolve. I have the same product in lavender and those work like magic. I'm not sure if it's just a bad batch, as someone else had the same issue. They also did not clean as well as expected. I washed my last delicate load 3 times in a row and ended up using soap to remove stains. Again, I'm not sure if this is just a bad package or not. I would hope it is given that other users were raving about it.

The packets didn't dissolve as stated on the package. I used cold water-- thought that may have been the issue, but checked the package again and it said use with hot or cold water. Won't be buying these again.

I'm always searching for products that are simple, do what they claim and don't cause an allergic reaction. This product has been great so far. No reaction (no fragrance) like I have with standard products. And my laundry smelled clean, not like the fake, overly done fragrances. I'm only using this on laundry that will have contact with my skin because of the expense, but I definitely like it and will continue to buy. Also, I can see where this would be good when traveling - put a few pods in a little container. They weigh practically nothing and are great for hand washing. Of course, if you're flying, TSA would probably be very suspicious but for camping or RVing, this is ideal. And if you live in an apartment and have to lug your laundry and detergent/bleach to a laundry room or a laundomat, this would be much simpler and easier to tote.
Use 1 pod for small to medium loads - use 2 pods for large to extra large loads. Before jumping into washing your clothes, you should know there's no need to open the pod. The outer film is biodegradable and begins to dissolve the moment it touches water so be sure not to have wet hands.
1. All you need to do is grab & toss pod(s) into washer drum - not the detergent dispenser. 2. pile in the clothes. 3. reseal pouch for freshness. If you have an HE machine and wish to use the detergent dispenser, be sure to place the pod(s) in the powder section, not the liquid. This will ensure the detergent dissolves completely.
