good seat. fits my average 4.5 year old boy just right... base just a bit wide on chevy traverse bucket seat its pushed tight against seat belt buckle latch on bucket seat, so makes it hard to occasionally latch seat belt.

It took us a few days to decide on a booster seat for our son who is not quite 3 years old but is much taller than those his age. He had outgrown his carseat and we had to decide quickly. We ended up going with this one because it was recommended by a friend. From the moment it came in the house, my son loved this seat. He sat in it proudly and said he was very comfy. He does not hesitate to get in the car because he gets to sit in his new big boy seat. It gives him lots of leg room (very important when you're extra tall). The only thing I don't like about it is the back of the seat adjusts too easily - this does NOT alter the safety of the seat, but if you're going to transfer the seat from car to car you just need to hold it in a certain manner so it doesn't flop around on you. We used this seat for a week before purchasing a second for our second vehicle. Between the price and his love for the seat it only mades sense.
