This is the best 'diaper rash' ointment and so much more! My grand baby is now 10 months old and has NEVER had a single day of diaper rash thanks to Grandma El's. My daughter uses this at every diaper change but it also worked super fast on her baby scatches and once even on a fine chest rash the baby had from a viral illness. It has a soft pleasant smell unlike those other strong smelling diaper ointments or pastes.

My daughter has a VERY sensitive bum and this works so well. We had to switch to cloth diapers because all disposables give her awful rash - open sores, very quickly. After making the switch, we still had a problem with irritation form wetness (cloth diapers leave wetness up against the skin more than disposables) and Grandma El's works great. You only have to use a little and it keeps her bum protected from wetness - no redness and no rash. I will continue to use Grandma El's until she is potty-trained!

The only con is the strong smell, but that's easy to overlook as it works better than any other cream or powder to get rid of diaper rash.

This is a cloth-diaper-safe diaper cream that works great. It goes on smooth, and I know the ingredients aren't harmful to baby! I've tried other natural creams, and this is best thus far.

This takes care of nearly all rashes. I just apply at first site of redness. Only the extremely stubborn and rare that were actually an infection and needed an RX were not relieved by this. Love it-its the best Ive found out there as some others safe for cloth diapers creams and ointments seem to work for a short time and them stop working. Also it requires a lot less for each use per instructions.

I use this product after diaper changes to prevent diaper rash. Highly recommended, I love this stuff, got it as a gift to try originally but have continued to buy for my infant.

I found this product when I was searching for something that I could use with cloth diapers. It works well on irritated skin. As an added bonus, we use it on my daughter to help her return to normal by morning (she is 5 and still gets irritated from time time) . She says it doesn't hurt. Each morning she is "good as new".

Bought this after looking for natural diaper ointments, and I just LOVE it! It's got a very mild scent, it doesn't have any nasty chemicals in it, and best of all, it works REALLY well! My newborn has very sensitive skin and had constant diaper rash until I tried this. I use it with every diaper change, and she hasn't had ANY more diaper rash since we began using this product. Won't use anything else ever again! Worth every penny.

I tried Balmex and other zinc based products and they wouldn't touch my daughter's diaper rash. Plus they were SO messy. Grandma El's cleared it up in HOURS! My daughter also has sensitive skin and I have used it on dry patches such as her cheeks (chaffed from the cold) and her knees (rubbed red from trying to crawl!). It clears up everything! Best diaper cream around, good for cloth and disposables. Her daycare provider even mentioned how good she smells since using it...like strawberries!

We bought Grandma El's when the baby had a stubborn diaper rash. After the first use, the rash was gone and never came back. We use Grandma El's with every diaper change; you should too! Highly reccommend to all.
