I was diagnosed with Hiatus Hernia, my doctor prescribed me a medication but didn't take it. I did search online about barley and found this magma barley and since I started taking it I feel better, I take it twice a day, It's expensive though. But it makes me feel great. I will continue taking it for the rest of my life as a dietary supplement.

My doctor recommended Green Magma when I was sick. I continued using it because it improved my overall health: skin, energy, everything. I try to drink it once a day, in the morning. It might not smell great, but when mixed with water I don't mind the taste.

I am surprised some mention a bad taste. These people must live on Quarter Pounders and highly processed food, because the taste is mild and refreshing. If you have ever had Wheat grass shots, this is NOTHING like that, ever so much milder. I first tried this ten years ago, and lately there are alot of overpriced green powders on the market, but this one is pretty reasonable. I typically only use once a day to make it last longer. I think this is a trustworthy company too. Boosts energy, gives glow to skin. and like the other reviewer mentioned, it alkanilizes you.

I've been using this product for just three days and the first time I tried it, I noticed an increase in energy and concentration. Here's an example; this weekend I cleaned the house for more than 2 hours and was tired and it was nearly dark and I remembered that I had gotten my package in the mail for the Green Magma so, I decided to try it. It doesn't give you a rush or anything to that effect. I just felt good and my thoughts were focused and instead of dwelling on being exhausted for working so hard for so long, I decided to clean out my clothes closet which has been in dire need for months on end. Imagine cleaning the house for 2 hours and then wanting to clean out your clothes closet! I am crediting Green Magma! Oh and let me comment on the taste, I don't think it's horrible or gross. It sort of tastes like a weird green tea. I will continue this product and see if it continues to work as well for me. So far, I definitely recommend this product!

Definitely makes my body feel much more energized and cleansed...it doesn't give energy like caffeine, but more of a fresh feeling. The taste you get used to...the first 1.5 weeks it gave me stomach aches, but I read on the company's website it was just the toxins leaving my system...since then, no stomach aches, and overall better feeling.

I have been using this product for one year. It definitely works. I feel very energized after taking it and notice a marked decline in my energy level when I mistakenly leave it at home while away on a weekend trip. Yes, it is somewhat costly, but my health is more important than the few cents it costs to drink an eight ounce cup of it on a daily basis. It actually does what it advertises that it does. As for taste, it reminds me of warm soy milk, which I happen to love. I highly recommmend this product.

This product makes my whole digestive system feel better, and eases my mild heartburn on those days that I have it. It is supposed to alkalize your system, which helps to prevent inflammation. The taste is okay. I don't take it as often as is recommended because it is expensive, but so are all of these types of products.

What's the difference between this one and Magma Plus? The latter adds a couple of B vitamins and costs less. Go figure. Either way, if you follow the directions and take either powder twice daily, preferably at room temperature, not mixed in a smoothie, and on an empty stomach, you'll notice at least 2 things: 1. the undisguised, indisputable bad taste of the product (unless you're a cow); 2. the expense, since the cannister will be empty in a week.
