Indications
Treats vaginal yeast (candida) infections. Relieves external vulvar itching and irritation associated with a yeast infection.
Warnings
For vaginal or external vulvar use only.
Do not use
if you have abdominal pain, fever or a foul-smelling vaginal discharge. Contact your doctor immediately.

Ask a doctor before use if you have
vaginal or vulvar itching and discomfort for the first time. If you have had a doctor diagnose a vaginal yeast infection before and have the same symptoms now, use this cream as directed for 7 days in a row.

When monistat cream came on the market it became harder and harder to find lotrimin... many people are allergic to monistat cream, if you are one of those people who found out the hard way that monistat cream is not for you.... I am very sorry. I wish our society would remember' just because a product has been around for a long time it doesn't mean it's not good, and just because something new comes along it doesn't mean it's better....

Believe it or not, I need to use this for yeast under my breasts. I decided to buy the brand name cream with the major ingredient I was given via perscription based on a visit to the Dr. a few years ago for the same thing. Yeast never leaves my body for good so I have to deal with this periodically. This cream did the trick, actually better than the other store brands have. I used it for 7 days with the Zeasorb powder and it did clear it up.

I had gotten a nasty yeast infection after 3 courses of antibiotics. I saw the great reviews and decided to give this a try. I'm so glad I did. By the 2nd day my symptoms were gone. It never burned or stung! The only con I had was it only came with one applicator which you have to wash after each use. What a pain!

Used this to try to get rid of a yeast infection and I am quite impressed. Symptoms were gone after 3 days of use and this cleared up my infection for the most part after using the full tube and the applicator it came with. I was skeptical about how sanitary it would be to wash and reuse the applicator but it seemed to work just fine. I will definitely repurchase this in the event I get another yeast infection.

This cream is the most effective and comfortable treatment for vaginal yeast infections and irritations that I have found. It is soothing from the first day, and works rapidly.

This product works so much better than anything I have tried. I get a yeast infection every time I take an antibotic so this is great. I just wish it came pre-filled so you didn't have to wash the applicator.

Hard-to-find product, that's well worth the search to find! I have had burning reactions to some of the more powerful creams, (myconazole nitrate, and the one day treatments available over-the-counter,) and this one is the only one that is gentle enough for my system.. Even the generics that try to copy it, tend to add in too many other burning ingredients. Soothing for a sensitive bladder, irritated by a vaginal amonia-like odor, caused by a sudden change in diet. (Or a sudden stop in taking a multitude of vitamins.) Thank you drugstore.com for carrying it!

Best over the counter yeast cream. If have sensitive skin best product. Takes longer than three day but does not have burning if you have sensitive skin. Three day version is faster and stronger but can have mild burning with three day compared to seven day version.
Fill the applicator and insert one applicatorful of cream into the vagina, preferably at bedtime. Repeat this procedure for 7 days in a row.
For relief of external vulvar itching, squeeze a small amount of cream onto your finger and gently spread the cream onto the irritated area of the vulva. Use once or twice a day for up to 7 days as needed to relieve external vulvar itching. The cream should not be used for vulva itching due to causes other than a yeast infection.
