You won't even feel like you need a cigarette. So if you're able to get over the actual act of smoking, this is perfect for you. It was hard for me at first to not go outside and smoke, but without actually feeling the nicotine withdraw it was easy to find something else to do with my time. Best Uses Comments about Habitrol Nicotine Transdermal System, 21 mg Stop Smoking Aid, Step 1, 14 ea: This patch is not as effective as another brand of patch so was harder to not smoke. Pros
Cons Best Uses Comments about Habitrol Nicotine Transdermal System, 21 mg Stop Smoking Aid, Step 1, 14 ea: Works great! I have not even had a craving to smoke
Pros
Cons Best Uses Comments about Habitrol Nicotine Transdermal System, 21 mg Stop Smoking Aid, Step 1, 14 ea: The patches work great! I have tried the clear patches and they just did not stick nor seemed to cut the edge off the cravings. I just wear short sleeves to cover the patch. The clear ones aren't invisible either so I chose to use the better quality patch Pros
Cons Best Uses
Comments about Habitrol Nicotine Transdermal System, 21 mg Stop Smoking Aid, Step 1, 14 ea: This patch does not irritate even my red-head skin! The CLEAR name-brand patches itch, sting, and cause an allergic reaction red welt that takes 7-10 days to fade, but not these Habitrol patches. Yay! Neither brand works well alone, but supplementing a patch with the occasional nicotine lozenge or gum does the trick!

Comments about Habitrol Nicotine Transdermal System, 21 mg Stop Smoking Aid, Step 1, 14 ea: This is the same type (or very close) to what [...] used to sell as their store brand. Then about a year ago [...] switched to a cheaper version that does not stay on very well - current [...] patches fall off after a few hours and if you spend any time outside or on a gym sweating than they will last even less time than that. So I am very happy that I found this product, because they are almost the same price as we used to pay at [...] and they stay on for 24 hours at least! Pros

Comments about Habitrol Nicotine Transdermal System, 21 mg Stop Smoking Aid, Step 1, 14 ea: Great value. I recomend this product to anyone that asks how I quit smoking. After 28 years of smoking I did not think I would or ever could stop. Best decision I have ever made.
