When using this product
do not smoke even when not wearing the patch. The nicotine in your skin will still be entering your bloodstream for several hours after you take off the patch.
if you have vivid dreams or other sleep disturbances remove this patch at bedtime.
Stop use and ask a doctor if
skin redness caused by the patch does not go away after four days, or if your skin swells, or you get a rash.

Keep out of reach of children and pets. Used patches have enough nicotine to poison children and pets. If swallowed, get medical help or contact a Poison Control Center right away. Discard used patches in the disposal tray. If disposal tray is not enclosed, save pouch to use for patch disposal. Dispose of the used patch by folding sticky ends together and putting in pouch.

I had used the Nicoderm patches for the first 6 weeks and decided to try these because they were alot cheaper--big mistake! The first one left a bright red,raised, itching, burning patch on my skin that i had to treat with first aid cream. It is still there after a week. I had minimal to no irritaton from the other patches. I do not consider my skin especially sensitive either. I would not recommend.
Don't believe the ads that say these don't stick. These patches stay on until you take them off. I have even moved them and restuck them somewhere else, and they still stuck. They don't give me the Nicotine jitters like the more other more expensive brands do.
