I have a hard time with face cleansers. My face really prefers just basic bar soap. Since I'm getting older, I want to be more gentle to my skin but I also don't want breakouts so I'm still searching for the perfect cleanser. This might be it! So far, my face feels very clean and smooth after I use it...Not too dry, not too oily. Just right. I love it!

I was amazed that a pea size would clean the entire face....but it did and it did a great job. My face felt totally clean.....and it worked around the eye area as well.....whereas some cleansers don't recommend using around the eyes. I was really skeptical at first, especially since the product details are in Japanese! (Don't worry, there are directions in English.) The directions said to use a pea sized amount of cleanser. I thought, really? That's not enough. But it turns out, it IS enough. That tiny ball of cleanser somehow turns into a huge amount of cleaning! It covers my entire face and then some. I also like to use it with my Clarisonic Mia. It cleans well and doesn't leave my face either too "squeaky clean" or too greasy. It's just right!
