I really like these since I have sensitive skin and no patience for melting wax and messing with that. THE TRIX: You have to wait for hair to be about 1/8 to 1/4 inch long. Warm these between hands before separating and sing. Sticky stuff stays behind, but comes off so easy with baby oil (which soothes skin too). Strips will miss some stubborn hairs on my face, but I can grab those with a tweezers. Can cut these to any size. THE BAD: I HATE the way I have to fight to pull the strips apart. They gotta fix that.

When you warm up the strips w/ your palm, you're forced to separate the wax sheet into two pieces, both containing wax on both sides, but this makes you use both pieces in one sitting. 36 each means you can use each actual strip you tear off about 18 times. Left a sticky residue like most of the other complaints, but babyoil does do the trick. I just hate putting any babyoil on my face when using it for my upper lip and eyebrows. Product needs improvement. Oh, your hairs have to be pretty long/thick for this to work effectively... if it's short/ fine, you'll definitely have to run the strip over and over to be effective, which may lead to opening another unused strip to clean up whats left behind.
No hair removal is ideal but this one is very simple. Yes, it leaves a sticky feel but it comes off and I make a point of using it when I'm not going to use makeup immediately afterwards. I appreciate the ability to cut the larger strips into small pieces. It's a decent product at a decent price.
Easy application. No heating necessary and therefore no burns like with hot wax. Easy to take on trips/vacations. This is the only cold wax strip I like!

Used this product about 20 times. Very easy to use, but always misses the larger problem hairs while removing all the fine hairs no one can see anyway. Getting the wax off afterwards is a challenge - use cold cream or pure alcohol. I haven't had pimples for over 20 years until I began using this product - so yes, breakouts can occur after use. Still, it's better and easier than all that plucking!
I purchased this product because I have used other wax products before and liked them though they were messy, but plucking just took too much time. The first moment I ripped the strip off it was incredible pain and it left about half the hair there. This was my first use, so I hope to improve my technique a little the next time. The skin was numb after ripping off the strip, so touching up with the tweezers was completely painless. If nothing else, the agonizing pain was worth the painless tweezing! Plus, it was a much quicker process. I may buy this in the future, but I will probably look for something else first.

Works great on upper lip. All you have to do is follow directions. I also like that you can cut them down to the size you need. There is residual wax and I tried everything before I tired the recommended baby oil to get it off, but that's the only thing that works. Even though putting baby oil on my face is kind of gross, it helps to restore the ph balance.
Before using, always do a patch test on area to be waxed and wait 24 hours. If no irritation occurs, continue. See further instructions in the enclosed booklet. Read the enclosed instruction booklet and the caution/warning statement carefully and completely before using.
