I've always used these, but the store where I live no longer carries them. They carry all the other ones except this. So had to buy them online. I also like to take about 3 or 4 and drop them in a cup of hot herbal tea.

Whenever I feel like I am starting to get a cold, I make sure I have these Halls Defense drops on hand. The combination of Zinc, Vitamin C and Ecchinacea work great for me. I follow the directions and keep taking them and it seems to prevent the cold from coming on. These are hard to find in my area, so i made sure to buy enough to keep on hand all winter long. For a mild sore throat, do the same thing. Take four drops a day and the sore throat goes away. Runny nose....take four drops a day and it stops!! All my friends started using these as well. It's the natural way to fight a cold.
