Because they're sugar free you don't have to worry about sugar causing cavities if you take them during the night. Just be careful...they're so yummy (can give Jolly Ranchers a run for their money) you can give yourself loose stools or diarrhea if you ingest too many. Pros

I tried the citrus (my mistake - I thought it was the Vitamin C lozenges). My only comment is that the taste isn't great but not offensive. I'll use them up and then get the Halls Vitamin C Sugar Free lozenges. If you have a sore throat or are coughing, you need to make sure the ones you get are for those symptoms and Halls cough drops do provide coughing relief!
