Comments about Hamilton Beach Eclectrics All-Metal Stand Mixer, Model 63221, Sugar White, 1 ea:
I was very hesitant to purchase such a large, heavy-duty mixer, but after my first use...I was hooked. I'm use to the mixers where the bowl turns and you can stick your spatula in there to get the edges. I didn't realize there were mixers out there that did all that work for you. My first use with this mixer was a monster batch of 'monster cookies.' And if any of you have ever made monster cookies, you know how tough and bulky the batter is. But, with no hesitation it handled my 9 c. of oatmeal and 3 c. of peanut, along with all the rest of the indgredients perfectly. My old mixer would have started smoking by the end!!! So, for those of you who are having a hard time 'converting' to the newer style mixers, my advice is, "go for it."
Bottom Line Yes, I would recommend this to a friend
