I wear my handeze underneath my winter gloves and my hands stay very warm and stimulated even while I have to take off my gloves to open the car, use my keys, pump gas...etc.
I mostly enjoy using them while I play the piano because it offers support, warmth and stimulates energy flow as I work...I recommend it to every one.

For years I suffered from wrist pain, and tried out just about everything on the market. Hand-eze was the first product to not only relieve my pain, but actually reversed the problem. After regularly wearing them, but at work as I used the computer and at nught to prevent pain from waking me, I found that my need for them fell off sharply. Now, I use them occasionally, but only at night and even then it is usually in the winter months. I credit the warmth they generate as all but solving my wrist pain problem entirely!

These really do help with tendonitis resulting from just plain using my hands too much in the usual variety of normal everyday jobs. The fabric is soft, smooth, and comfortable, and the glove isn't so tight it squeezes and cuts off circulation. Be useful if they gave an online way to select size. I have smallish women's hands and use Small. Would have given them a 5 if they looked a bit better for when you need to wear them out of the house. Except for the wrist, the edges aren't finished. They soil easily, but they also machine wash and dry easily, again and again, without falling apart.
