      It's tricky as there's a lot of room between the seat and the base so my daughter (who's 50%ile at age 1) is still 6 inches from being able to put her feet down. It would be great if there were stirups- might make some for her.

      Packaging easy, came quickly and easy to put together (even without instructions) though given I'm not so savy would be nice to know which side the washers go on. Seems well made, but a few things would make it a lot more classy.
