I applied it twice a day for three weeks and my burn never peeled. I am extremely pale so i did get a little color but on anyone else it would be nothing! But it will make burn turn to tan. I also love the fact that this lotion absorbs quickly and is healing for my sun kissed skin. I live in the mid-west where summer goes by so quickly and the smell lingers making me feel like I'm on vacation so I'll probably use it in the winter too!
