To decrease this risk, regularly use a sunscreen with a Broad Spectrum SPF value of 15 or higher and other sun protection measures including: limit time in the sun, especially from 10 a.m. -2 p.m. and wear long-sleeved shirts, pants, hats and sunglasses. I like this sunscreen b/c it is gentle. I do wish that is was sweatproof or waterproof. It's great for right now, as it isn't too hot outside, but I'll have to move to something waterproof as the heat increases.

I go through a lot of sunscreen; one of the problems is finding those that are gentle enough on my fair/sensitive/tempermental/mature skin - yet still provide protection. I love this - 50 SPF and gentle enough for babies. I haven't tried it at the beach yet - there aren't a whole lot of them around here. But, per my dermatologist, I wear sunscreen every day under my makeup.
