I used this for the first time this morning along w/ the shampoo and I have to admit that I was pleased with the results. Normally, H&S leaves my hair feeling dry but this didn't. I guess because in the past it was just a 2 in 1. It doesn't have an overpowering smell but it definitely leaves your scalp tingling, which I enjoyed. I guess, it made me feel like it was working, I don't know. My scalp isn't bothering me like it used to. I know with the more uses, the better the results. I would definitely recommend this product, along with the shampoo. If I had to choose between the shampoo or conditioner, I would opt for the conditioner, hands down. It does not dry out your hair and that was my biggest concern.
Apply to wet hair after shampooing by gently massaging into hair and scalp for maximum penetration, rinse well. For best results use at least twice a week or as directed by a doctor. Use with Head & Shoulders shampoo.
