I have Rheumatoid Arthritis, and I have tried many supplements to help alleviate joint inflammation. I started taking Health from the Sun several years ago and it has worked like a charm! In fact, I have had times where I've stopped taking it for one reason or another, and I end up being sore. I also changed brands last year and ended up being sore again, so this is the brand I will definitely stick with. I have not had a flare up since taking this supplement. The only down side to it is that sometimes you get fishy burps, but it's tolerable. I take one in the morning and one in the evening, with meals, and this has worked great for me. I hope this company never stops making this product as I will be in trouble!
