Soluble fiber from foods such as Psyllium Husk, as part of a diet low in saturated fat and cholesterol, may reduce the risk of heart disease. A serving of Colon Cleanse supplies 5 grams of the 7 grams of soluble fiber from Psyllium Husk necessary per day to have this effect.

Indications
For relief of occasional constipation. This product generally produces bowel movements in 12 to 72 hours.
Warnings
Taking this product without enough water may cause choking. Do not take this product if you have trouble swallowing.
Ask a doctor before use if you have:
abdominal pain
nausea
vomiting
a sudden change in bowel habits for 2 weeks
When using this product: if minor gas or bloating occur, reduce intake to 1/2 and increase gradually to suggested amount.
Stop use and ask a doctor if:
you have rectal bleeding
you have failed to have a bowel movement after use
Keep out of reach of children. In case of accidental overdose, get medical help or contact a poison control center right away.

Colon Cleanse and Super Colon Cleanse products are excellent. I have tried the Colon Cleanse flavored powders and although they work well, the taste is not good.....at all. The Super Colon Cleanse is great if you have trouble with regularity and is something you can take once a week or once a month (once a month for a longer period of time). HOWEVER, I was very excited to see the original in capsule form because the powder is so unappealing. You have to be at least 150 lbs. to take the full dose of these. I am only about 130 so this is unfortunate, because anyone under 150 has to take 1/2 the dose, and a half dosage really isn't effective for me.

This stuff is great to get things moving. With no bloat or cramping. I do not take it regularly, but boy does it work on the days that I do! I've found it best to take the recommended dosage before bed and come morning time things are moving in the right direction!

I use the product as described (3x/day). The capsules are easy to swallow (unlike the powder). I started with this product and regularly rotate through the other cleansers in this line. I used to be constantly constipated or having incomplete movements. This stuff really gets you moving and cleaned out. If taken too long though, you may start experiencing a problem with gas.

I take colon cleanser capsules and was highly disappointed by these, thinking they would work as well as the ones I've been taking and I pretty much got no results from the product.
Drink a full glass of liquid (8 fl oz) with each dose.
Adults and Children 12 years and older: 6 capsules up to 3 times daily.
Children 6 to 12 years of age: 1/2 the adult dose up to 3 times daily.
Children under 6 years of age: Consult a doctor.
Suggested use for people on low-carb diets and to increase your fiber intake:
Adults: Start with 6 capsules with 8 oz. of liquid. Increase gradually to up to three (3) times daily over a period of two (2) weeks, giving your body time to adjust to the increased intake of fiber without any discomfort.
Children (6-12 years): Half the adult dose.
