I use the Health Plus Super Colon Cleanse as often as two days a week. I was worried about what I should do when I travel, since I'm going to go on vacation for almost two weeks. This is a great idea (especially since I'm flying) because they are easier to pack and you KNOW they haven't been tampered with. I also like this because you take this as often as 3x/day and while at work, instead of lugging the whole bottle and have it rattle around in my purse, I can just bring 1-2 of these in my purse and forget about it!
Adults: Take one packet (4 capsules) three (3) times per day with at least 10-12 ounces of water, juice or your favorite beverage. Taking this product without enough liquid may cause choking.
Children (6-12) years: Half the Adult dose.
Suggested use for better results: Super Colon Cleanse may be used alternately with our top selling Colon Cleanse. Use Super Colon Cleanse for a thorough cleansing periodically, followed by the Colon Cleanse for maintenance in between.
