This stuff is crazy effective! I was actually thinking I was ordering the pills but got the powder by accident instead.
The powder doesn't have the best flavor- I wouldn't call it disgusting, but it's definitely herbal, almost like green tea etc.
The dosage says to mix water with 1 tsp 2X daily but at at only once per day I am getting pretty bad cramps and gas. So I think it's too strong for me (I'm an average size girl in my 30s). I am going to go down to 1/2 tsp per day and see if that's any better.

I have used Colonex, a off-the-shelf colon cleanser, and this product. Colonix worked great, but tasted awful and VERY EXPENSIVE. The 'off-the-shelf' didn't even work and was simply a waste of time and money. I also tried the Health Plus Colon Cleanse in the capsule form and did not get the results I did with the powder form.

In all, I have gone back to the Health Plus (powder) Super Colon Cleanse because its readily available, has given me the best results out of any other cleanser, and doesn't cost $60+ dollars.

Yes, it does taste awful... but your not buying it because it tastes great, your supposed to be buying it because it works the best. I mix it with a few ounces of orange juice and gulp it immediately, then chase it with more juice or water. If you wait more than a minute or two, it double in volume, so drink it quick!

This is what you want, a product that works. Just don't expect something that effectively cleans out your bowels to taste like a banana split. Give it a week at most to see results, if no results you may need to see a doctor or evaluate your diet. You may experience some bloating first couple of times, its probably because you've got a lot of stuff in there.

I don't care how great this stuff is supposed to work, it's so horrendous that I can't even drink more than a sip. I'm supposed to mix this with JUICE? Maybe use it to spice up a bloody mary since it's fennel seed and celery. I'll take capsules or buy a more flavorful powder or just eat some fiber one cereal. There is no point in taking this when there are other options that I can actually stomach. What a waste of [$] and a glass of juice. I threw it right out. Nasty.....

lThis product work as far as clensing my system, but it didn't give me any energy as a result. It actually made me feel sick and fatigued.

I only take it twice a day- in the afternoon and before beditme, and it works like a charm.

Using this with a balanced diet should keep the pipes clean and functioning properly.

I don't use this for regular purpose, just for occasional "maintenance". This stuff works, and while the taste, color and texture are awful, don't let that discourage you. I haven't experienced any side effects. Mix it well and try to get it down as fast as possible. I drink it fast and let it pour in as fast as possible, because once you stop, that is when the taste and smell kick in and it is hard to want to take a second helping. The way I would describe is rancid licorice with sawdust and wheat grass - these ingredients aren't included, it is just my description of the taste.

Ok, this stuff tastes absolutely disgusting, but boy does it work! Actually, I combine a smaller amount with Health Plus Colon Cleanse, also available on this site. The Colon Cleanse is kind of yukky in its own fibrous way, but these things not only clean you out, but, taken when hungry or before a meal, really help curb hunger and the amount of food you want to eat. After a meal, they seem to push things along quicker.

This stuff is amazing. I have always had irregular bowel movements ever since the birth of my son and super colon cleanse really comes through for you without any stomach cramps. Use it for only a couple of days and you will see what I mean.
