This brand of Coq10 does not contain unhealthy ingredients such as genetically modified soy which some brands use unnecessarily in their pills. None of the ingredients are listed as USDA organic which is a bad feature, but at least the oil in the pills is olive oil. The price is very reasonable compared to some other brands, most of which are not organic either.

It is important to supplement your natural CoQ10 levels if you take statin pills which my husband does, and also if you are older which we both are - older being well over 70!
