These are a fun way to take vitamins but probably not something that I'd sustain for a long period of time. They truly are like the pop rock candy but a good for you version. The grape flavor was pretty good and I could see these being effective for those who can't take pills easily.

Was it fun to take? Absolutely! Would I want to take my vitamins this way every day? Probably not. I had a good laugh and reminisced about the old popping candy. But I think I'd be too embarrassed to do this every day.
