Place tablet under the tongue or in mouth and completely dissolve.

Adults and children above 12 years -

• 1 tablet 3 times during the evening, or as directed by a physician.
• If insomnia persists - 1 tablet every 15 minutes, up to 3 more times.

Children 6 to 11 years -

• 1 tablet 2 times during the evening.
• If insomnia persists - 1 tablet every 15 minutes, up to 2 more times

Infants and children to 6 years -

• 1/2 tablet 3 times during the evening
• If insomnia persists - 1/2 tablet every 15 minutes, up to 2 more times.

Other Information:

• Tamper evident: Use this product only if the imprinted shrink seal around the neck and cap of bottle is intact.
