This is a great alternative to taking antihistamines, which don't do much for the sinus pressure I get from time to time. The moment I feel congested or have any sinus pressure I wash my nose with a neti pot and then administer the spray. A little bit afterwards the pressure starts to decrease and it finally goes away. And I love the fact that it is natural and there are no long-term problems from using it systematically. Of course I try to only use it when I need it because as with any medication it's not a good idea to get your body used to it.

I have tried many homeopathic nasal sprays and this is by far my favorite. It decongests and really helps relieve inflammation...a definite go to product for me!!
