I have tried a number of things, most of the Tiger Balm rubs, which are good, but this is better because it isn't smelly so you can use it in business settings and not be embarrassed by the peppermint smell. It is also a bit longer lasting. A little of this stuff goes a long way. It takes a few minutes but doesn't burn, you suddenly realize you don't hurt, or can stretch again. I was using Voltaren, but it's got cortisone in it which I react to and can't use more than a day or two in a row. Traumeel works for both muscle aches and arthritis. It's not just arnica, it's a mix that works better than plain arnica gel. The problem was - when my knee started hurting and became inflamed this product did not reduce the swelling or prevent the pain. It is simply a pain releiver which I kept buying because it covered up my pain for that specific moment in time. Glucosamine and Chondroitin supplements are what do the trick. A product called Movexa worked absolutely perfect for me hopefully it can do the same for others. I no longer rely on gels and creams because I rarely have the pain anymore in the first place. In addition to Movexa I walk daily, am extremely conscious of my diet, drink PLENTY of water, and use natural sea salt instead of that processed stuff. Pros

I also had a surgery on my neck and thanks to Traumeel those scars are just a slim white line instead of the nasty scar it could have been. LOVE IT! Pros

I've had chronic pain due to fibromyalgia and painful arthritis for decades. I tried many remedies ranging from old family recipes to prescribed medications. Traumeel ointment has been effective, even for deep muscle pain and aches,and using it has reduced my need for other medications. I massage it in, and in little time the pain is gone. In any situation where you don't want to advertise your pain with a strong-smelling rub, Traumeel is a good choice. Note: Traumeel comes in a pill form, which didn't help me the way the ointment does. Pros

This product i like to use on my own sore muscles after a tough workout or injury. Helps relive minor bruising faster.
