I am a 73 year old woman and I could not get dressed because of pain in my arms; after taking 3 pills a day for 3 months the pain is gone.

Now my doctor said to take only 2 pills a day and if I continue painless go down to 1 only.

I use this product during the evening before bedtime, to help with sleeplessness. Magnesium helps with that, which is in this product. However, I started taking Trameel during the day, 3 tablets, 3x a day, but it made me too drowsy. I may cut back on as many tablet usage per day.

Unfortunately, I have already been taking Rx pain meds for many years, for fibromyalgia, Lyme disease, back pain, and more, so it's hard for me to know if this product is helping me. I've been in too much pain to try using the Traumeel by itself, without the extra help from my Rx medications, so I can't really give an accurate review.

However, I do take one in the morning, a couple hours after I've taken my initial dose of Rx pain meds I require to get my body moving, and I have noticed I can last a little longer without taking my next dose of Rx meds. Some days, though, especially lately with the holidays and the extreme cold weather, I've been in much more pain than usual so I know I wouldn't be able to get by on just the Traumeel. I wish I had known about it 8 years ago, when I first got sick, and maybe I wouldn't be dependent on narcotics now. I'll probably never know. I have a sister with Crohn's disease so I need to ask her if she's ever heard of it or tried it.

I used this product as directed, and it works fine for minor aches and pains. I have severe back pain and yes it helps, but need to take 2-3 a day. The only problem I found with this item was that after using from 2 1/2 weeks I developed hives on my face..so although I like the product discontinued using it.

This product does not knock out pain like Advil or Aspirin. However it does "take the edge" off of pain so you can relax. I use this (along with aspirin & Hylands PMS) for my very painful menstrual cramps since I have PCOS. It also helps reduce inflammation & relaxes my muscles tremendously (along with the Traumeel ointment) on a daily basis to help prevent seizures. Since I've started using it, my seizures have went down from about 8 a day, to 1-2 a day!

This is not a pain reliever- It's not going to numb your pain completely. That being said, what it does to is it relaxes tight muscles so that it is not unbearable. I have very severe menstrual cramps from my PCOS, & this "takes the edge off" (also with Hylands PMS). The main reason why I LOVE this products though (& the reason I started taking it to begin with) was because I have severe inflammation which causes me to have seizures. I get ripping feelings, & my muscles feel like they are always tight, or on fire...This, along with their ointment, helps me with the pain like no other product, & also reduces swelling so I have a significant drop in seizure accounts.

I bought this product to help with my Fibromyalgia but did not find any relief after 12 days. I will use it till the bottle is gone and see what happens.
